Order Registration


Who can register on SRV Spaces?
SRV Spaces is a B2B platform exclusively for businesses. Any registered company in Egypt can apply for an account. 

How to register my company and get started?
Click "Sign Up" on our website or go through our registration link and submit your request. Our team will reach out to complete your onboarding. You will need to provide your updated Commercial Registration documents, a valid Tax Card ID, and your company's mobile number and email address. Once verified, your account will be activated and you can start ordering.

How long does account activation take? 
Account activation typically takes within 24 hours on working days after submitting your documents. 

Can I order without a registered account? 
No. SRV Spaces is a business-only platform and all orders require a verified company account.

Ordering & Products


 Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, delivery fees apply based on your order total (see Delivery & Fees section). 

How many products do you carry?
We stock 700+ SKUs across office supplies, cleaning products, tissues & wipes, coffee & breakroom essentials, stationery, office appliances, and furniture.

Can I schedule a recurring order?
Yes. Contact our customer experience team to set up a recurring supply plan tailored to your company's needs.

What if a product is out of stock? 
Our team will notify you and offer alternatives or an estimated restock date.

Delivery, Pickup & Fees



Where do you deliver?
 

We deliver across Greater Cairo. For orders outside Greater Cairo, please contact our customer experience team to arrange delivery — fees may vary based on location.

How long does delivery take? 
Standard delivery is within 3 working days (72 hours). In most cases, orders are delivered next business day. Same-day delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to operational availability.

What are the delivery fees? 
Delivery fees for SRV Delivery Service are as follows:
​- Orders below 5,000 EGP → 100 EGP
​- Orders between 5,000–10,000 EGP → 150 EGP
​- Orders between 10,000–50,000 EGP → 200 EGP

For customers located inside The Greek Campus (Downtown Cairo):
​- Orders below 2,000 EGP → 50 EGP handling fee
​- Orders above 2,000 EGP → 100 EGP handling fee

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery? 
Yes. You can collect your order from our two warehouse locations:
​- Mostorod Main Hub
​- The Greek Campus, Downtown Cairo

Payment & Invoicing



Do prices on the shop include VAT?
Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. However, VAT is calculated and added at checkout. Your final invoice will clearly show the net amount, VAT, and total amount due — fully compliant with Egypt's ETA e-invoicing requirements.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept the following payment methods:
​- Cash on delivery
​- Card payment (on request)
​- Online bank transfer
All orders must be paid upon delivery before the shipment is released. For bank transfers, payment must be confirmed before delivery.

Do you offer credit payment terms?
Yes. Companies with an average monthly consumption above 50,000 EGP can apply for credit payment terms. A supply contract must be signed to formalize the agreement. Payment by cheque is accepted for credit customers.

How do I apply for credit terms? 
Contact our customer experience team to request a credit account. Your team will guide you through the contract signing process.

Will I receive an official invoice? 
Yes. After delivery and signing the delivery note, an ETA-compliant e-invoice is issued automatically along with a system invoice for every order.

We aim to respond within a few hours during working days.

What is your return policy? 
Returns must be requested on the spot at time of delivery. If you need to return a product after delivery, you must submit a return request to our support team within 48 hours. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in good physical condition.

Returns are not accepted after 48 hours, except in cases of hidden defects or malfunctions, which can be reported within 14 days of delivery.

How are returns reimbursed? 
Accepted returns are issued with a credit note, which is applied toward the value of your next order.
