The Sales Director will be the engine behind SRV’s next growth chapter. You will own and lead the entire sales function—strategy, execution, people, and results. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define sales strategies, build and scale a high-performing team, optimize pricing and discounting discipline, open new markets, and directly contribute to SRV’s revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field
- MBA is a strong plus
- Minimum 10 years in B2B Sales, preferably in FMCG, facility supplies, e-commerce, or logistics
- At least 4 years in a Sales Manager/Director or equivalent role managing teams and P&L responsibility
- Proven success in scaling sales teams and exceeding targets
- Experience in strategy development, sales structuring, and partner negotiations
- Experience working in investor-backed environments or fast-growing startups is a plus
