Role Summary:
Your role will be the engine behind SRV’s next growth chapter. You will own and lead the entire sales function—strategy, execution, people, and results. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define sales strategies, build and scale a high-performing team, optimize pricing and discounting discipline, open new markets, and directly contribute to SRV’s revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Design, lead, and continuously optimize SRV’s B2B Sales Strategy aligned with company objectives and investor growth plans
- Identify new market segments, industries, and strategic partnership opportunities
- Develop and implement territory plans, pricing policies, and customer segmentation
frameworks
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Developers
- Define clear roles, KPIs, and career paths

Build and manage a sales bonus/commission structure that motivates and aligns with
company targets - Lead by example—develop senior client relationships and close strategic deals
Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Own revenue targets and ensure monthly/quarterly growth in revenues

Work with procurement and finance teams to close deals at optimal margins and
shortest payment terms - Increase customer wallet share through upselling/cross-selling
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Design and oversee customer acquisition campaigns and onboarding flows

Monitor and improve customer retention rate, reduce churn, and improve average order
frequency and value - Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine sales approach
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Define sales forecasting models, lead pipeline reviews, and monitor team performance

Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align sales goals with campaign strategies
and platform features - Present regular performance reports to the CEO and investors

Must Have
- 10+ Years in B2B Sales Management with 4 years as Sales Manager or relevant management position
- Proven Success in scaling sales teams and exceeding targets
- Experience in Strategy development, sales structuring and partner negotiations
- Experience working in fast growing and investor-backed environments
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Facility supplies or Logistics industries
Nice to have
- Masters in Business Administration
- Usability of Odoo ERP system or equivalent
- Experience with Sales Automation tools
